Your practice should meet you where you are. Find your flow with any of the following classes.
Vinyasa Flow

Beginner to Intermediate​

This multilevel flow can be described in two words: Moving Meditation.
Class is structured around a safe & efficient physical practice, with emphasis on body & breath.
Certain weeks will prepare you for peak asanas, and others will build towards peak flows. Either way, your breath takes precedence in this class.
Candlelight Chill Flow

Beginner to Intermediate​

This class sets out to guide your mind & body into a state of relaxation.
Featuring a medium-paced flow and a balanced blend of both active & passive holds, expect to ease your way into a restful savasana - and a good night’s sleep.
Yoga Asana Lab

Beginner to Intermediate​

An efficient flow practice begins with a solid foundation.
We will be breaking down the intricacies of postures within a specific group every month, and weaving it into a mini flow at the end of class.
Intro to Inside Flow

Beginner to Intermediate​

Curious about Inside Flow - and how yoga asana connects seamlessly & gracefully to music? Let's break things down and go back to basics in this class.
"Intro to Inside Flow" gives us the opportunity to make the practice accessible for all levels. We'll be incorporating the following elements in class:

Fundamentals of Inside Flow: movement mechanics, breath synchrony, and technicalities of music

Workshop-style break downs of common Inside Flow poses & transitions

Build-up towards beginner-friendly Inside Flow songs & sequences (some new flows & some old ones)
Vinyasa 75

Intermediate

Vinyasa 75 in two words: Playful & Creative.
If you're looking for a class that both uplifts and challenges you, this is it. Vinyasa 75 bridges the connection between breath & body to bring you directly into the present moment.
Expect to be challenged with funky (& spicy) movements, while establishing an easeful rhythm of flow.
