HIDEOUT & CHILL: A community event

Welcome to our first ever community initiative: HIDEOUT & CHILL. This is where you get a sneak peak of our teachers and their unique styles :)

We’re offering 30min quickie classes led by 4 of our Hideout teachers. Here’s the rundown:

0900 - 0930 | Mandala Express w/ Debbie

A feel good flow that takes you through all four corners of the mat. The best way to kickstart your morning - and get you going for the rest of the day.

0945 - 1015 | Ladder Vinyasa w/ Charmaine

Work up a sweat as a new layer is introduced to each flow. Every repetition builds familiarity, and gives you more room to focus on the breath.

1030 - 1100 | Mindful Flow w/ Jill

Consciously connect movement with breath in this flow. Have fun while exploring your body's potential, while finding balance between effort & ease.  

1115 - 1145 | Arm Balance Flow w/ Ting

Strong and dynamic, yet practical - we zone in on arm balances in this practice. A structured flow will prepare your body to take flight (or not, who cares!) towards the end.

The above sessions are multilevel, with options provided for all.

Ticket Price: RM20

Terms of Purchase:

1. Each ticket holder can choose to attend up to three (3) sessions in-studio.

2. Kindly book your spots here after purchasing your ticket. A purchased ticket does not indicate automatic booking of spots.

3. Spots are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred if necessary.

5. Please bring your own mat, props, towel & drinking water.
